Daryl Murdock, founder and physical therapist

Daryl has a Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.  He completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University.  With 20 years of physical therapist experience, Daryl has extensive training as a rehabilitative specialist with experience in orthopaedics, vestibular disorders, balance screening/rehabilitation, office ergonomics, and custom wheelchair prescription.  He is a certified LSVT BIG clinician who helps clients diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and similar disorders.  He directed an outpatient clinic for 5 years before becoming a contractor starting his own business.  As a physical therapist, Daryl has worked in these settings: home health (San Diego & Imperial counties), in-patient rehabilitation (San Diego, CA), acute care hospital setting (Imperial Valley, CA),  outpatient orthopaedic/industrial medicine clinics (Imperial Valley, CA), and within the school system at various school districts as a treating physical therapist and consultant. He’s been an APTA member since 1999!

Daryl loves spending time with his immediate and extended family.  For recreation, Daryl enjoys backpacking, racquetball, tennis, and mountain biking.  Daryl and his wife served as missionaries in Argentina for more 18 months each and are fluent in Spanish.

Jacki Wallace, Mobile Speech Therapist

Jacki earned her Masters of Science Degree in Mobile Speech Therapy at West Virginia University.  She completed her undergraduate studies at Ohio University.  With 20+ years of experience, Jacki has extensive training as a rehabilitation specialist within the acute care hospital setting, inpatient subacute rehabilitation settings, and outpatient clinic settings.  She is a certified LSVT LOUD clinician to best help clients diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and similar disorders.  Jacki is Vital Stim Certified.  She achieved advanced proficiency in American Sign Language.

Jacki has volunteered in youth sports more than 7 years.  She is certified in scuba diving and also enjoys boating and waterskiing.  During the winter, she loves to snowboard.  Jacki is an avid reader and loves to relax with a good book throughout the year.

Kelly Loomis, occupational therapist

Kelly has a Master of Arts in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at Chapman University. She is also credentialed in physical agent modalities and has experience with the LSVT BIG program. Kelly has worked in school-based and clinic-based pediatrics, skilled nursing, and in management as a rehab director.  As an occupational therapist for the past 15 years, Kelly has experience working with geriatrics, cardiovascular and respiratory conditions, orthopedics, neurological events, psychiatric illnesses, sensory processing disorders, and other various medical conditions.

Kelly enjoys an active lifestyle, including running, CrossFit, hiking, overlanding, and adventuring in general. She loves spending time with her husband, family, friends, their two Labradors and their four cats.

Anita Kramer, occupational therapist

Anita Kramer, OTR/L, is an Occupational Therapist who is registered and licensed in the state of California.  She received her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from Ohio State University.  She also possesses advanced credentialing in the use of physical modalities.

Anita extensive experience as an occupational therapist in these settings: home health, adult day care, and in outpatient clinics.  She specializes in assisting patients in their pursuit to age in place.  She does this by maximizing independence and safety through training, exercise, and durable medical equipment recommendations.  Her large network of community contacts allows her to assist clients with the acquisition of needed equipment and put in place needed environmental modifications to increase quality of life.  She also has experience in training caregivers to provide the appropriate amount of assistance so the client has the opportunity to remain as independent as possible.  Her empathy and dedication have assisted her in providing quality treatment in a supportive and caring environment.

Anita stays active by running.  Her dog is her faithful companion and best friend.  She enjoys visiting her family, travelling, listening to music, and attending theatrical productions.  She has a passion for creating beautiful spaces inside and outside the home including gardening.

Grace Thomas, office manager

When Grace isn’t spending time with family or friends, she can be found swimming, studying, or cooking. As a leader in her church group, she plans activities and service projects. She has assisted in collecting clothes to give to women’s shelters, has volunteered at the San Diego Food Bank, and participated in clean-up projects all around San Diego. She will continue her education in Sociology at Brigham Young University.

Kimber Scott, physical therapist

I started my career in Acute Rehab working with patients who had Orthopedic and Neurologic diagnosis.  After three years, I accepted a Rehab Director position in a Skilled Nursing Facility where I managed a team of therapists. I performed in that capacity for two years and then transitioned to Home Health and have worked in that specialty for the last fifteen years.  I enjoy the diversity of diagnosis that I get to work with, and the diversity of people I get to meet and learn from.

Kimber enjoys spending time with her family.  She is fluent in Spanish after doing volunteer work in Venezuela for more than a year.

Eric Giddings OTR/L MSHI, occupational therapist

Graduate of Loma Linda University SAHP. Bachelor of Science Occupational Therapy, Master of Science Health Informatics. Actively practicing Occupational Therapy since 1995. Focus areas of excellence for best practice in adult physical dysfunction including acute, subacute, home therapy, and hand therapy. Working to improve functional performance and promotion of active lifestyles. Rehabilitation excellence training for recovery from acute, and chronic illnesses. Actively working with health care data analysis (EPIC) for Loma Linda University. Researching best practice therapy (OT, PT, ST) IoT, (Internet of Things) smart devices which will improve patient outcomes for therapy in the near to distant future.

Kaylie Hildebrand-Stohs, administrative assistant

Kaylie enjoys working with her hands and is always finding a new project to work on. She loves being outside hiking, camping, and experiencing something new. When she is home, she raises chickens and turkeys to pass the time. She is currently furthering her education in the field of Biology at Grossmont Community College.
